We are looking for an Operations Analyst for a Wealth Management firm in Boston.
This position involves collaborating with financial professionals and client support teams to analyze workflows, recommend process enhancements, and bolster the efficiency of services provided to clients. Key responsibilities include onboarding new client accounts, executing complex financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, such as FINRA and SEC rules. The role requires a proactive approach in managing operational tasks like ACH approvals, wire transfers, stock transactions, fee monitoring, and margin resolutions while addressing exceptions and escalated issues. Additionally, the position supports team development by training new colleagues and participating in continuous improvement projects and ad hoc assignments. Ideal candidates possess 2-5 years of investment operations experience at a registered broker-dealer, hold relevant licenses (SIE and Series 7), and exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and technology skills. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships, achieving operational goals, and maintaining an adaptable, detail-oriented mindset.
