Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care: Help pediatric patients and families navigate their medical journey from appointments to follow-ups to community resources.
• Provide expert guidance: Educate families on care plans, treatment options, and available support services.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and care managers to promote a seamless patient experience.
• Promote quality & safety: Ensure all care and documentation meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Advocate for patients: Serve as a trusted resource, ensuring care is accessible, timely, and patient-centered.
• Drive excellence: Participate in process improvement, staff mentorship, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Master’s in Health Administration or related field (Preferred)
• Licensure & Certifications:Active RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS Certification – Required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience – Required
• 2+ years of specialty or disease-specific nursing – Preferred
• Prior outpatient or care coordination experience – Preferred
• Skills:Strong critical thinking, care coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and empathy for families and children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficient in technology and documentation systems
