Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key aspects of M&A transactions for emerging and established technology companies

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal/external legal teams

• Advise venture capital investors on structuring and executing deals

• Ensure timely and successful execution of transaction-related matters

• Support collaborative deal teams across practice groups

Qualifications:

• Significant M&A experience, ideally within the technology and startup ecosystem

• Background in representing both companies and venture capital investors

• California Bar admission (or ability to promptly obtain it)

• Excellent academic credentials from a respected law school

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence in managing components of transactions independently
