In this role, you’ll take the lead on HVAC, plumbing, and process projects — managing everything from estimating and client relationships to execution and completion. You’ll work closely with talented field leaders and engineers to deliver projects that make a real impact, all while having the autonomy to drive your own success.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee projects from concept to closeout — budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and delivery
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Forecast, track costs, and ensure financial success
• Mentor junior team members and help shape future leaders

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC or mechanical projects
• A background in mechanical engineering or related field (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and build client trust
