Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Santa Anna Marine Corp Station, CA

Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension & Conversion depending on Performance)

Pay Rate: $22-25/hr

We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Technician to build, repair, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment used in our production process. If you enjoy working with power tools, solving mechanical problems, and keeping machines running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do

• Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical construction machine components.
• Use hand and power tools like drills, saws, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Keep records of work completed and parts used.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to solve problems.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are always followed.

What You’ll Need

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Bule prints and schematics and assembly
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in building equipment repair, maintenance, manufacturing, or construction.
• Comfortable using power tools and reading basic mechanical diagrams.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for logging work and following instructions.

Preferred:

• Experience with automated machines or robotics.
• Familiarity with sensors, machine controls, or Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical components or systems.
• Prior work with precise assembly or fabrication.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for long periods during the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and using ladders or lifts.
• Willing to work flexible shifts or overtime when needed.
