About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Material Handler to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in managing material flow, inventory, and shipping/receiving operations to support our dynamic warehouse and configuration areas. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and movement of non-hazardous materials.
• Load, unload, and verify inbound and outbound shipments.
• Pick, prepare, and deliver components and equipment to operations teams.
• Label and record inventory accurately in our ERP system.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and traceability.
• Maintain warehouse consumables and manage purchasing requirements.
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Support the 5S/6S program and ISO-9001 compliance efforts.
• Champion a safe, clean, and organized workplace environment.
• Actively participate in safety training, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse and/or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support multiple operational streams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Forklift Operation Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, lift, and move in a warehouse environment for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate instructions effectively in English.
