Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Reading, PA (Hybrid model with 3 days on-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3-5 years

Industry Experience: B2B or service marketing; manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or automotive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, presentations, and other marketing tasks.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or service marketing.
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or automotive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in content development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation:

$30-40/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
