Marketing Coordinator – Riley Higgins & Associates

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead campaigns, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and turn data into strategies that drive growth. This highly visible role works directly with the CEO and external partners to align all marketing efforts with business goals.

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and engagement
• Manage campaigns across digital, print, and social media
• Oversee budgets and ensure ROI-driven decisions
• Create impactful content for web, newsletters, and social platforms
• Conduct market research and track KPIs to optimize performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in marketing strategy and campaign management (service/professional industry experience preferred)
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools/analytics platforms
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Marketing/Business (preferred, not required); certifications a plus
