We’re a locally based team of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering real results for our clients through in-person marketing and direct sales strategies. We are hiring full-time Entry-Level Marketing Associates to represent top-tier clients through face-to-face customer interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Full training is provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with potential customers face-to-face in retail locations
• Promote client brands and explain current offers with confidence and professionalism
• Build strong customer relationships and offer exceptional service to every individual you engage
• Be a direct point of contact for customer questions, concerns, or feedback
• Drive sales through lead generation and follow-up
• Support the team in meeting and exceeding weekly goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Team player who can also work independently when needed
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.) is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be located in or able to commute to San Antonio, TX
