Position Details:

Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

Shift: 8am - 5pm; Minimum - 2 days a week on-site

Status : Fulltime/Salaried

The Manager Client Services:

  • Serves as the primary contact for the administration of infrastructure and delivery capabilities for BayCare Health System, with a focus on end-user computing platforms.
  • Leads a team responsible for emerging technologies, device standardization, authentication, endpoint security, and both physical and virtual desktop administration.
  • Oversees enterprise desktop and mobile platforms, including clinical workstations, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and mobile device management (MDM), ensuring secure and efficient access to critical applications such as EHR, clinical imaging, and collaboration tools.
  • The Client Services team serves as a central liaison for infrastructure and construction projects, collaborating with clinical leadership, Information Security, and IT Infrastructure teams to deliver seamless technology experiences at the point of care.
  • Has responsibility for asset tracking, budget planning/forecasting, and setting functional goals aligned with digital transformation strategies and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).
  • Manages delivery timeframes, staffing, and customer/vendor relationships, while mentoring and developing a team of engineers and analysts supporting both clinical and non-clinical environments.
  • Works closely with key customers, directs client services operations and staff, and evaluates new hardware and technology to support evolving business needs.
  • Identifies and implements cost savings initiatives through solution simplification and consolidation, including optimization of VDI environments and mobile endpoint management.
  • Develops departmental goals and objectives to support the growth and development of Client Services in response to the present and future needs of BayCare Health System.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required experience:

  • Includes 3 years End User Information Technology and 3 years of experience in desktop platforms and Microsoft applications and project or service leadership or end-user consulting
  • OR 10 years of experience in related field in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred experience includes 3 years proven leadership and team management role in a related field.
