Job Description

We are recruiting for Maintenance Technicians (all shifts) to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to: minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Maintenance Technicians typically:

  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production machinery, tooling, and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to reduce equipment failures.
  • Accurately log maintenance activities, part usage, and system changes using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to solve equipment problems and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of machines and facility infrastructure.

  • Candidates should possess:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and general industrial safety standards.
  • Eligible to obtain or maintain a Journeyman license (preferred).
