With almost 40 years of experience in the travel industry, our leisure team specialize in curating personalized luxury vacations for clientele who appreciate our high-touch and knowledgeable insight for destinations around the world.

Alongside our proprietary booking platform, our advisors are supported to best be able to provide our clients with in-depth knowledge and exceptional service.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Luxury Travel Advisor at TL365. The Luxury Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking luxury travel arrangements, researching destinations, creating customized itineraries, providing personalized recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and working in a travel agency
  • Knowledge of luxury travel trends and destinations
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and technology
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Experience in negotiating with vendors on behalf of clients
  • Experience with duty of care solutions and managing travel emergencies is a plus

Compensation

  • This is a base + commission compensation structure
