The Wilmington, Delaware office of Akerman LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of business litigation experience. Experience litigating matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery is required, as well as excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of Delaware State Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Delaware.
