Requirements to apply
• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (active upon hire)
• Education sufficient for licensure
• Current BLS through American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric care
• Experience working with frail and elderly populations
