The Opportunity:

Magna Legal Services is seeking individuals with an interest in the legal field to join our team! We are looking for entry-level professionals who are looking for a long-term career and are confident working independently. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Interact with high-level clients virtually and in-person
• Proofread legal documents with accuracy
• Create reports summarizing client interactions
• Collaborate with attorneys

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom for video conferencing and communication
• Excellent editing/grammar skills, transcription experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliably punctual and deadline oriented
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
• High degree of professionalism for internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable learning and troubleshooting new software

Compensation: USD $45,000 - $50,000 per year.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
