Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Cincinnati office of a national full-service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in the firm's Labor & Employment group with a busy high volume practice. The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Managing a busy inbox and responding to or elevating emails as necessary;
• Maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling meetings, hearings, conferences, etc.;
• Saving and managing documents in NetDocs;
• Preparing and submitting expense reports and manage reimbursements;
• Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence and other documents;
• Entering attorney billable time;
• And more.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
