AP Executive Staffing is partnered with a well-respected, full-service law firm in Williamsville that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support Partner-level attorneys within their Commercial Litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft, edit, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Prepare deposition materials, trial notebooks, exhibits, and hearing binders
• Assist with discovery production, document organization, indexing, and delivery coordination
• Complete electronic filings through ECF and NYSCEF
• Track litigation deadlines, hearings, court dates, and attorney schedules
• Maintain electronic case files within NetDocuments (NetDocs)
• Support billing processes, scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of Legal Assistant experience, ideally in commercial litigation
• Experience supporting Partner-level or senior attorneys
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Familiarity with ECF and NYSCEF filing procedures
• NetDocs experience is highly preferred
• Excellent grammar, proofreading ability, organization, and time management skills
• Professional, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information
