Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences in the medical or healthcare space? We're seeking a Learning Design Specialist to join a fast-paced Sales Training team supporting a cutting-edge Urologic Cancer franchise.

This hybrid role blends instructional design, program coordination, and project leadership —perfect for someone who thrives on creativity and execution.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 or similar tools
• Apply ADDIE methodology to design blended learning experiences
• Partner with SMEs and clinical experts to shape strategic content
• Manage training logistics, OR scheduling, cohort coordination, and communication
• Support national sales meetings and new hire training initiatives
• Use feedback and data to continuously enhance learner impact

🎯 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of instructional design experience (healthcare/pharma/medical device preferred)
• Strong skills in Articulate, LMS platforms & Microsoft Teams/SharePoint
• Excellent project management and communication abilities
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory and learning experience design

📍 Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite 3 days weekly – local candidates only)

💵 Pay Range: $42 – $48/hr
