Laptop Desktop Technician

Onsite

Pascagoula, Mississippi

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support Provide timely and effective technical support for laptops and desktops including troubleshooting hardware software and operating system Windows 10 Windows 11 issues
• Maintenance Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates hardware upgrades and system backups to ensure the smooth operation of lab equipment
• Installation Install and configure new laptops and desktops ensuring they meet the specific requirements of the refinery lab
• User Assistance Assist lab personnel with technical issues providing guidance and training as needed
• Intune Management Manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune including configuration deployment and monitoring of mobile device policies
• Documentation Maintain accurate records of support requests resolutions and equipment inventory
• Security Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaboration Work closely with other IT staff and lab personnel to identify and address technical needs and improvements

Working Conditions

Environment Work primarily in a refinery lab setting with occasional visits to other areas of the refinery as needed
