A reputable North New Jersey law firm is looking to hire a Labor & Employment Attorney (Counsel or Partner) to join its expanding practice group. The candidate should have:
· At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including management side experience
· Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
· Great communication skills
· A personality type as a self-starter and someone who is self-driven and highly motivated
· The ability to develop relationships with clients
· License to practice law in New Jersey
*This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $225,000-$275,000 (depending on experience) with bonuses and full benefits.
