What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with senior developers to design, develop, and implement user-facing features for web and mobile applications.

• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Node.js, Next.js, React, and Gatsby.

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.

• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of our development processes.

• Learning and growing your skills through mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Must be located in Southeast Michigan for in-person collaboration meetings with the larger team and in-person client project reviews.

• 1-3 years of experience in front-end development (or strong personal projects that demonstrate your skills).

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Node.js, Next.js, React, Gatsby, etc...

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

• Familiarity with Git.

• A passion for learning and a desire to grow your skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A portfolio of projects that showcase your skills (personal or professional).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with mobile app development (React Native, etc.).

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

• Contributions to open-source projects.

• Experience with testing frameworks.

• An understanding of DevSecOps.
