POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Junior Jewelry Designer to join our team full-time and contribute to the development of our ever-evolving collection of demi-fine and fine jewelry. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical design skills, a deep appreciation for jewelry craftsmanship, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment. The Junior Jewelry Designer will work closely with our Product Development team to translate design concepts into precise technical packages. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in our Hollywood office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Product Development team to review design concepts and implement revisions as needed.
• Translate creative direction into highly detailed technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator and/or ProCreate.
• Prepare and refine technical packages for production, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain an acute attention to detail to ensure that all designs align with brand standards and quality expectations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and techniques to contribute fresh, innovative ideas to our collections.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience designing fine and/or demi-fine jewelry 
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required; experience with ProCreate , Rhino, Matrix, or other 3D design software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design skills and technical execution.
• Deep understanding of jewelry construction, materials, and finishes.
• Keen aesthetic sensibility in both luxury and accessible luxury jewelry markets.
• Ability to design with the brand’s vision in mind, setting aside personal aesthetic preferences when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, and craftsmanship with a desire to grow within the industry.
