About the Role:

The company is seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join its team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience and a passion for building scalable, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and maintains backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate .
• Develops and executes unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito .
• Works with PostgreSQL databases to implement robust and efficient data solutions.
• Collaborates with frontend developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate .
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, JUnit, Mockito .
• Local candidates only (must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in McLean, VA).
• Ability to participate in in-person client interviews .
