$45,000 yearly

• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner

• You will interview 50+ potential clients per day by phone, e-mail, and text.
• You must be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone. 
• You will use our law firm software, Litify, and all Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). 
• We expect our candidates to be tech-savvy and willing to learn our systems. 

• Sales or customer service experience highly valued
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
• Previous legal experience highly valued
• Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
