We’re partnering with a Philadelphia law firm to add an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to their team. If you’ve supported busy litigation dockets and thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll do

• Manage cases from intake through trial prep (discovery, subpoenas, medical records, deposition prep, trial binders, exhibits).
• Draft and format pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
• Handle state & federal e-filings and docket/calendar management.
• Coordinate experts, witnesses, IMEs, and hearing/trial logistics.
• Maintain organized case files and litigation databases; track deadlines and milestones.
• Partner closely with attorneys and clients to move matters forward efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of insurance defense paralegal experience in a law firm (Philadelphia practice preferred).
• Proven drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple matters and deadlines; proactive communicator.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience meeting billable hour requirements

Location & schedule

• Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA

Compensation:

• 65k-85k
