We're looking for an IT Support Admin who’s passionate about solving problems, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is ready to be the go-to tech hero for our growing team. This will be an onsite role from Dublin, California office - 5 days a week.

About the Role

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and supporting our IT infrastructure, primarily based on cloud technologies. This role involves managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra), and Intunes MDM to ensure seamless access and security across all company devices, both Mac, Windows and mobile devices. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new employees, maintaining our service desk, and ensuring that our IT services run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

1. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory (Entra), and Intune MDM
2. Manage the setup, deployment, and maintenance of computer hardware and software
3. Provide technical support and guidance to employees for both hardware and software issues
4. Onboard new employees, ensuring they have access to necessary technology and services
5. Maintain security compliance, including managing updates and patches for all systems
6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
7. Develop and maintain IT documentation and system logs
8. Work collaboratively with external vendors and internal teams to resolve IT issues
9. Participate in developing IT projects and improvements
10. Regularly conduct security audits and compliance checks to safeguard organizational data
11. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and ensure systems are backed up regularly

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra), and Intune MDM
3. Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
4. Strong grasp of IT security protocols and compliance requirements
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and task prioritization skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions
8. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
