Industrial Service Representative

KineSpin Division

2-3 years of customer sales and service support within an industrial organization required.

On-site position at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Worcester, MA

Kinefac Corporation is a world leader in metal forming technology. Based in Worcester, MA, the company is an award-winning machine tool company that engineers, builds and sells machinery around the world and has sales offices in Shanghai, China and Chennai, India.

Our growing company seeks a highly organized team player to support the sales process for the KineSpin division and its line of industrial centrifugal equipment. You will be responsible for the sales of spare parts and service needs of our global customer base and will manage orders from the inquiry/proposal stage through shipment. You will engage with our engineers and service technicians to ensure that accurate and detailed information is provided to the customer as well as with our sales and marketing team to evaluate customer trends and develop new ways to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist KineSpin sales personel and engineers in responding to KineSpin machinery inquiries.
• Respond to customer parts and service support requests through multiple communication channels advising customers on how our products can meet their needs
• Prepare proposals for prospective KineSpin customers, including price/delivery details and terms of sale, and service support estimates using our Sales Quoting System or Word documents
• Process orders; create sales orders; and manage the status of orders through delivery, including creating packing list with shipping instructions
• Assist service technicians with scheduling, deployment, reviewing service trip reports and preparing data for invoicing
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and service activities including incoming customer calls, part sales, service trips, and any follow-up activities
• Maintain ongoing customer communications to build customer interest in other machine tool products and services offered by Kinefac

Qualifications:

• 2-3 year track record of successful customer sales and service support within an industrial organization within a machine tool, automotive or assembly environment
• Attention to detail with strong communication, organizational, time management and PC skills including Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to convey product information to customers concisely and accurately
• Ability to read CAD and engineering drawings preferred
