We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. Explore the property here www.silverlakehillsapts.com and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks
HVAC certification (EPA Universal is a big plus!)
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20 - $23/Hour DOE
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
