Job Description

Title : HR Assistant Duration: 6 Weeks Role Location: Simpsonville, SC 29681 Hours/Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications: Job Description/Responsibilities:Temporary assignment to scan all hard copy employee files into an electronic system Detail-Oriented High level of confidentiality Ability to alphabetize accurately Ability to utilize printer/scanner Other Misc. tasks requested by HR Responsibilities: Qualifications/Requirements: Entry level position with HR experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent organizational skills Dexterity in hands and fingers for filing and typing electronic documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in time management Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively in a team environment and interacting in a professional and positive manner Able to sit for prolonged periods of time Able to stand for prolonged periods of time Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Working knowledge of office devices and processes
