Job Title: Human Resources Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: South Charlotte – Steele Creek area (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This position offers hands-on experience supporting HR operations across a dynamic and fast-paced organization. You'll be a key player in ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and route incoming HR communications (email, voicemail, internal requests, standard mail)
• Monitor HR case queues and ensure timely resolution of inquiries
• Document case interactions accurately in the HR case management system
• Deliver outstanding service to employees and HR business partners
• Provide administrative support to various corporate HR departments
• Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Previous experience in HR support or customer service a plus
• Eager to grow a career in Human Resources within a collaborative team environment
