Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Lake Ozark, MO. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing group and banquet sales, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities include budgeting, setting and achieving financial goals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with various hotel and food and beverage managers. The Hotel Sales Manager will also be responsible for cultivating and training of Sales team and strive to provide an excellent guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and team development
• Group Sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and staff coordination
• Experience in budget management, financial planning, and goal setting
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and implementation
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards, including health and safety regulations
• Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager within the hospitality industry
