Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for an Office Assistant for one of DC's top law firms! This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, coordinates logistics for internal meetings, and ensures the office runs smoothly. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual with administrative experience, who thrives in a busy environment and is looking to jumpstart their career in a law firm! This role is fully onsite Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day. This is an open ended temp assignment and is available immediately!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms to include: coordinating catering, setting up technology/computer/AV equipment needs
  • Maintain inventories for snacks, office supplies, etc.
  • Assist with special requests including transportation, travel, restaurants, etc.
  • Ensure that the common areas and conference rooms stay clean and organized
  • Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years customer service, or hospitality experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability work fully onsite
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office Suite
  • Team player mentality

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
