Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour (DOE)

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area (21 County Service Area)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), ensuring comfort and dignity.
  
• Daily Living Assistance: Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as directed by the RN or LPN.
  
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Track and report patient vital signs, noting any significant changes to the nursing team.
  
• Safe Environment Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
  
• Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
  
• Care Plan Collaboration: Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
• Team Participation: Attend team meetings, case conferences, and in-service training sessions as needed.
  
• Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Certification: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Minnesota.
  
• Experience: Prior experience in a hospice settings is required.
  
• Compassion: A caring and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills.
  
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
