🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Match caregivers with clients like a professional care matchmaker
• Build schedules that balance client needs and caregiver preferences
• Respond to call-offs and fill open shifts without breaking a sweat
• Keep everything up-to-date in our system (AxisCare experience = a gold star 🌟)
• Work closely with our care team to deliver exceptional service
• Help create a culture where caregivers feel supported and valued

🎯 What You’ll Need:

• Scheduling or staffing experience in home care, healthcare, or a fast-paced people-focused environment
• A cool head, a warm heart, and a sense of humor
• Strong computer skills and super-sharp attention to detail
• A love for seniors and the people who care for them
• Willingness to share in our on-call schedule (we’ve got your back!)
