As a Acquisitions Rep (Inside Sales) at  We Buy Any Vegas House , you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate industry. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the world, helping sellers achieve their homeownership goals and building a legacy that will last.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission (Top performers earn over $100,000)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Negotiating and closing purchase contracts with homeowners
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
• Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing individuals
• Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Comfortable on the phone connecting with sellers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience with CRM software
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting
• Experience with sales (This can be service industry related)

• Accelerated Compensation Structure - $100,000+ annual income has been obtained! (No fluff, actual earnings)
