Skills / Qualifications

• California Esthetician License required.
• 4+ Years of Hands-On Experience: Proven record of delivering exceptional facials and maintaining high client retention and rebooking rates.
• Performance-Driven: Motivated by both service excellence and measurable results; thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
• Passion for Organic Skincare: Deep understanding of holistic and plant-based products.
• Sales Mindset: Skilled in making authentic, effective product recommendations that align with client needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and teammates.
• Client Relationship Builder: Dedicated to nurturing long-term relationships and delivering a consistent 5-star experience.
• Continuous Learner: Excited by education, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
• Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced, boutique spa environment with flexibility in scheduling.

A Plus:

• Experience with clean or plant-based product lines.
• Background in herbalism, nutrition, or holistic wellness education.
• Prior work in natural beauty or spa environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 20–40 hours per week of facial services and spa operations support.
• Deliver high-performing holistic facials using our exclusive Botnia backbar and cutting-edge equipment.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to their unique skin concerns.
• Drive client retention through thoughtful follow-up, rebooking, and results-based care.
• Support shop floor operations and client experience when not in treatment.
• Participate in brand events, pop-ups, and educational activations.
• Uphold Shop Good’s holistic brand aesthetic and mission across all client touchpoints and social media engagements.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40–$47/hour or $90–$105 per service, depending on performance, experience, and client retention results.
• Hourly compensation includes commission on product sales and 100% of standard 20% gratuity.
