Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and focus groups to understand workflows, pain points, and areas for improvement.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with developers and architects to design solutions that meet business objectives. Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities and propose configuration/customization options.
• System Integration : Analyze integration points between Guidewire and other systems such as third-party vendors, data warehouses, and payment gateways. Document integration requirements, data flows, and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity .
• Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to create test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements. Participate in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and address any identified gaps or defects .
• Support end-users during testing and provide functional expertise to resolve issues. Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to build trust, deepen understanding of business processes and objectives, and ensure analysis management processes are driven by business, quality, experience, and system teams
