👨💻 The Role – Full Stack Engineer for AI Agents & Automation
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll build next-gen AI-driven ad automation, working on multi-agent architectures where AI copilots interact, make decisions, and execute tasks.
This is not your typical CRUD app development. You’ll be engineering autonomous AI workflows, optimizing real-time decision-making systems, and architecting scalable multi-agent infrastructures.

🔥 Multi-Agent Ad Automation – Engineer an AI-powered system where autonomous agents manage ad campaigns, optimize budgets, and generate ad creatives.
🤖 AI-Powered Development – Work with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and AI coding assistants to boost productivity.
⚙️ High-Performance APIs & Microservices – Build scalable, AI-integrated RESTful APIs that power our multi-agent network.
🛠 AI Workflow Orchestration – Implement multi-agent workflows where LLM-based agents coordinate, analyze, and execute ad strategies.
🎨 Seamless UI/UX for AI Interaction – Develop next-gen UIs where users interact with AI agents for campaign management.
🔍 Optimize & Scale – Drive performance, security, and resilience in a system designed to handle millions of ad transactions autonomously.
🚀 Experiment with AI & ML – Integrate LLMs, fine-tune GPT models, experiment with reinforcement learning, and push AI boundaries.

✅ 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with a focus on automation & AI-driven systems.
✅ Deep GitHub Footprint – You contribute to open-source projects, maintain your own repos, or actively engage with AI communities.
✅ Multi-Agent AI Experience – You’ve worked with LangChain, CrewAI, Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, or have built AI agents for automation.
✅ Front-End Mastery – Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript to build AI-integrated user experiences.
✅ Back-End Engineering Prowess – Strong with Node.js, Python Flask, FastAPI to design scalable AI-driven APIs.
✅ Cloud & DevOps Experience – Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
✅ AI-Augmented Development – Regularly use Cursor, Copilot, and AI tools to code faster and automate workflows.
