Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist

The front desk receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is part-time and will pay between $16 and $19/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Provide information and support to clients and staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Schedule:

  • Part-time hours, typically 20–25 hours per week
