Job Summary:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff. Manage building access, greet visitors, and maintain a secure and organized front entrance. Please note, a valid driver's license and a reliable car is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, stationed at the front desk for the duration of each shift
• Monitor and control building access; greet and escort guests to appropriate locations while maintaining security protocols
• Welcome all visitors professionally and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures and badge distribution
• Notify staff promptly of guest arrivals and maintain visitor confidentiality
• Receive, sign for, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail; coordinate employee food deliveries
• Provide beverages and coat storage assistance to guests as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Report security concerns or suspicious activity to management immediately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a reliable car is required
• Prior reception, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Ability to remain stationed at the front desk for extended periods
