Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent service, and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities : • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a positive attitude. • Perform check-in and check-out processes efficiently. • Handle guest reservations,cancellation, and modifications. • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions. • Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately. • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications : • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. • Proficient in using computers; experience with hotel management software is a plus. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • A friendly and professional demeanor.
