Job Title: Convenience Store /Grill: Food Service & Store Team Member

Work Schedule: Part Time / Full Time

Reports To : Manager

As a part of the Breeze Thru family, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our growing business by participating in all aspects of the job. You will not be stuck doing one task. This will be a dual role as a Food Service Team Member and a Store Team Member.

Some responsibilities may include:

Food Service Team Member Duties:

• Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
• Prepping food and product
• Assisting our customers with a smile, quick service, and a pleasant conversation
• Maintaining kitchen/deli area and property conditions
• Keeping our coolers, shelves, counters, and sales area displays stocked so every customer finds their favorite product
• Navigating through a variety of duties with the assistance of the Food Service Assistant Manager and Food Service Manage

Store Team Member Duties;

• Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
• Assisting our customers with a smile, quick service, and a pleasant conversation
• Maintaining store and property conditions
• Keeping our coolers, shelves, counters, and sales area displays stocked so every customer finds their favorite product
• Navigating through a variety of duties with the assistance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager

Requirements

• Passion for people
• Ability to stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods of time
• Able to work in hot storage areas and cold coolers
• Ability to lift and move at least fifty (50) pounds
• Excellent communication and English skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

For this position, no experience is required. Previous food service and customer service experience preferred. Our Food Service Team Members put customer service first! They are self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and work as a team to accomplish goals.
