To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor ,

we are looking for you as a(n) Food Science Intern 2025 .

WACKER North America is looking for highly motivated college students for our 12-week summer internship program at our Innovation Center and Regional Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI. 

This will be a hands-on internship working on projects that include lab work in our BioSolutions business.  Projects will involve work with egg-free bakery applications for plant-based snacks and desserts. 

• Currently a rising sophomore or higher and attending school to obtain a college degree in the field of Chemistry, Food Science/Technology, or similar degree.
• Available full-time in person commitment (Monday through Friday) from May 19th   through August 8th
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Basic laboratory skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Effective time-management abilities
• Ability to positively present our company
