Job Title: Adjunct Professor of Finance

Through our dual entities—Noyack Wealth Club (NWC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on financial literacy, and Noyack Investing Club (NICL), which provides access to curated alternative investments—we aim to prepare the next generation for the largest wealth transfer in history.

Role Overview

NOYACK is seeking an experienced and credentialed Financial Educator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This individual will lead educational efforts across our ecosystem, delivering financial knowledge that empowers young investors to build generational wealth. The ideal candidate will hold one or more relevant credentials such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), or be a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).

Please Note: This position operates under our 501(c)(3) nonprofit structure, and the compensation of $200,000 will be provided as an in-kind donation receipt for tax purposes.

This role will shape the voice and strategy behind our educational content, from curriculum design to live workshops, with a focus on alternative investments, financial independence, and long-term wealth planning.

Comfort in front of the camera is a must — you'll be a key face of our educational content, regularly recording engaging video lessons and leading masterclasses as part of our digital curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Literacy Initiatives: Design and deliver financial education programs for Millennials, Gen Z, and HENRY audiences through webinars, written content, and interactive tools.
• Create Original Content: Develop engaging, easy-to-understand content covering personal finance, investment strategies, and alternative asset classes.
• Be the Face of Our Education Platform: Record masterclass-style video content and appear in educational videos distributed across Noyack's platforms.
• Engage with Community: Host educational sessions, Q&As, and webinars that build trust and inspire action across our user base.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and investing teams to align educational strategies with product offerings and community goals.
• Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all educational materials and communications.
• Tailor to Audience Needs: Understand and adapt content to suit the knowledge levels and goals of our diverse and growing user community.

Qualifications

• Credentials Required: Must hold at least one professional designation such as CFP®, CFA®, or RIA. MANDATORY FOR CONSIDERATION
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advising, or financial education.
• On-Camera Communication: Must be highly comfortable presenting and teaching on-camera in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Audience Focus: Deep understanding of Millennial and Gen Z financial mindsets, challenges, and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Design: Experience developing structured educational programs, financial workshops, or certification courses.
• Startup or Mission-Driven Background: Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strong sense of mission.
