Culture Pop Soda is looking for a Summer Field Marketing & Events Intern to support grassroots marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Reporting directly to the Field Marketing Manager, you will play a hands-on role in executing in-person marketing efforts, engaging with consumers, and helping to bring the Culture Pop brand to life at events, samplings, and retail locations. This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and train brand ambassadors in coordination with the Field Marketing Manager.
  • Identify and execute sampling and marketing opportunities to target key audiences and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage inventory to ensure sufficient product & materials for activations and event planning.
  • Represent Culture Pop at events, brand activations, and sampling opportunities to enhance brand presence.
  • Engage with consumers to educate them about the brand and increase awareness.
  • Assist in event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and product distribution.
  • Ensure effective in-store displays and promotional materials to support retail marketing efforts.
  • Collect and analyze consumer feedback and event data to improve marketing strategies.
  • Track key event performance metrics such as sampling conversions, foot traffic, and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager and Brand Ambassador Team Lead to develop and implement creative field marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to represent the brand enthusiastically and accurately.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual and reliable with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area from May-August 2025.
  • Ability to work approximately 3 days per week (24 hours total), with a flexible schedule.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation (car required).
  • Must be comfortable lifting and carrying 40+ lbs (event materials, product cases, etc.).
