JLB are looking to expand the team state side (base in our Austin office) and continue to push our presence across the US working with a variety of different businesses within sports, media and entertainment.
Working alongside our founder, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders understanding the challenges that come with finding talented people and advising them on best practice.
We're looking to speak with people who have a vast network in this space and would be able to create opportunities quickly. We need to see a track record within search/recruitment of finding clients, building relationships and executing on searches all while putting your own personal spin on things giving people a reason to keep coming back!
JLB is disrupting the space having placed over 250 people globally in just over 3 years. We don't plan on slowing down any time soon. You'll need to be prepared for huge wins and lots of no's so being able to think differently about your approach and being resilient is crucial.
We are offering an incredibly competitive compensation package and lucrative commission structure seeing several members of the team earning anywhere from 3 to 5 times their base salary per year.
This will be based in our Austin office working in office 3 days per week.
