On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Immigration Client Intake Coordinator to join a local Immigration Law Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the client intake process, ensuring that clients receive a warm welcome and clear guidance as they begin their immigration journey.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointment.
- Convert potential clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and process timelines
-Assist attorneys in gathering relevant information about clients' immigration needs and concerns.
- Assist clients in completing intake forms and gathering necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in our case management system.
- Assess the urgency of client situations and prioritize intake accordingly.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth transition of cases from intake to case management.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical standards.
- Contribute to improving intake processes and client experience based on feedback and observations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English)
- Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably in immigration law, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
