Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible for providing high-level support that involves calendar management, scheduling travel, and email organization, among ensuring efficient firm operations.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 2-5 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant required
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management software, preferred
  • Accounting experience, preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Ability to use technology and outside resources to finish projects quickly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments that move the business forward
  • Provide administrative support to the COO/CFO, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling client visits, and organizing priorities
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to move the business forward
  • Assist with accounting related tasks, such as billing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, prospects, and team

Salary:

  • $80K-$100K BOE

Benefits:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 Days per calendar year
  • Pay Increases: Increased pay and inflation adjustments annually is possible
  • Holidays: Regular full-time employees are entitled to 10 paid holidays each year with extended time around Thanksgiving and Christmas

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (In office)
