LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Vault Ranked law firm that is seeking executive compensation and employee benefits talent. Details below:

• You will focus on executive compensation and employee benefit matters for public and private companies, primarily in the context of mergers and acquisitions, other corporate transactions and corporate governance
• You will work directly with senior partners and the chairs of the group
• The firm is down to earth, and the group is collegial- female leadership is a pillar at this firm
• There is the opportunity to be involved in business pitches and other client-facing matters
• No billable requirement – soft target at 1850
• Cravath scale
• This group is in the office 3 days/week and is flex on which days you come in
• Prior law firm experience as an attorney required
