Job Description

As a Dining Room Attendant at Chick-fil-A of Greer, you have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. 

This position is much more than greeting guest. The right candidate must be physically able to lift, bend and maintain a clean environment even during busy times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting guest with a smile and provide prompt and friendly customer service.
2. Ensure the dining area and restrooms are neat, clean and well organized at all times. This will involve cleaning tables promptly after guest leave. Monitor and restock condiments, utensils, and napkins. Regularly sweep and mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms.
3. Ensure a positive dining experience by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns.
4. You must be available to work 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. (scheduled only 5 days per week)

Requirements:

1. Excellent customer service skills and friendly, outgoing personality 
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
4. Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects as required.
5. Available to work Monday - Saturday from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
